Mixer animation. It's all 2D animatiion made in Adobe Animate. The liquid is just two images. The first moving left to right, the second right to left.
This is just a cartoon version of an industrial line. The rocking of the bottles and the change in the thickness of the liquid coming from the nozzle help sell the "physics" of the movement of the animation.
